3 The walking posture
You can practice the walking posture in your spare time, and it is a posture that will help you remain relaxed even when you are walking. Keep in mind that the walking posture will require a larger practice space than the sitting posture, hence, you must plan accordingly.
Step 1: Make sure your foot is lifted with your heel first.
Step 2: Take a step forward with your left foot first.
Step 3: Let your body and hands sway in the right way while you move.
Step 4: Only step your right food forward after your left has been completely placed on the ground.
Step5: You can repeat this step for about 25 minutes or longer.
